WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

For all of our shipping information, please see our shipping info page. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a tracking number through email or SMS where you will be able to track the whereabouts of your package.  Please reach out at admin@candicoco.shop, DM us on instagram @candicoco, or reach out via live chat on our website.

*If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance that you may receive multiple packages at slightly different times due to some items being shipped from some of our different warehouses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

After you have made your purchase, online you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (it may take around 3 days to receive it). You can use this tracking number to track your order.  You can always contact us at admin@candicoco.shop, or contact us on instagram @candicoco for the status of your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. Generally, you will have up to 24 hours to change or cancel your order.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Some items are not eligible for a return. Please read our RETURN POLICY
